YANA is an AI-powered chatbot originally developed by ThoughtFocus for the higher education market. YANA is being used by dozens of universities as a self-service channel for students to access information 24×7 and to reduce the volume of inquiries to student services and other administrative departments. As universities adjust pandemic operating plans and communications needs escalate, Comfort Gives is here to help—at no cost.
Universities need a way to provide ongoing information and updates during this unprecedented time. YANA utilizes a customizable and proven knowledge model to get the right information to students at the right time—information relating to stay-at-home orders, scheduling, wellness services, policies and procedures, reminders and alerts, social distancing, tuition, and refunds, and much more.
A Comfort Gives grant provides YANA cloud infrastructure and COVID-19 Knowledge Model at no cost including a hosted instance of YANA, customization of the YANA COVID knowledge model, and fully remote deployment and support.
